LOVE a good EMOM. Building rest into our training is so important. These timed efforts can be very informative to us, to know what our work capacity is for a given amount of time at a certain weight. 0:15 rest after each movement isn't a lot, so we need to move wisely and not come out too hot. if you burn the house down in rounds 1 and 2, you'll find it VERY difficult to hang on to the wagon for the last 3. Can you match your reps on each movement for the full 15 minutes?
