We'll be spending some time working on our snatch positioning before attacking a quartet of four min AMRAPs. The focus is on the heavier snatches in the first AMRAP, so break up your pull-ups into 2-3 sets and allow yourself an adequate amount of pulling strength.
Score for the day will be Total rounds and reps accumulated over the four AMRAPS, we'll list our snatch weights too.
