Hey CFQ. Tuesday is here and it won't disappoint.
Choose your level of difficulty carefully for the RING DIPS today. the GOAL is to be able to move for the majority of the 0:15 and you should be aiming for between 5-7 reps each interval. So, one or two strict dips every set is not what we're looking for. Having a band closeby to help maintain the 5-7 rep window as you get tired will be key.
Fun little METCON to follow up. Work hard for 1:30, rest 0:30 and get back to work. The kicker on these intervals is that you will pick up where you leave off.
