Big day CFQ! We've been working towards this for a while now, our back squat re-test. Every time we back squat, we talk about the importance of maintaining maximum midline tension and it has never been more important than for today. Squeeze the bar around your shoulders, big breath in, brace your core, descend with control and drive the bar back up as forcefully as possible! You got this crew! CRUSH it!
