Happy Friday everyone.
We're capping of the first week of our squat cycle with a big front squat VOLUME session. The goal here is to choose a weight that feels more like a BURN than something overly HEAVY. If you're relatively new to the game (strength training) and haven't a true 1 rep max yet you may want to go a little heavier than 55%. We'll get it sorted out!
Nice little 4 rounder to crush too. Wall walks or maybe handstand walks...
