Hey CFQ. Last day of March, here we go!
Candlestick holds BABY! We're getting upside down today, or as close as we feel comfortable with! SO MUCH FUN. There are lots of progressions that provide options for something to chew on if you don't feel overly comfortable getting inverted on the rings. You may surprise yourself with what you can do here.
Your coach will go over ways to effectively spot your classmate, so PLEASE pay attention during the progressions. If you want to have the coach with you, please don't hesitate to ask them. That's why we're there.
The METCON to follow up will be fun too. Our goals for this workout are to complete the FAN BIKE calories in a minute or less (don't come out too hot in the early rounds) and to work through the 5 rounds with at least 1 of the 3 barbell complexes unbroken. If you need to take a break mid-complex, the ideal spot would be right after the deadlift, in order to shake out your grip then pick the bar back up to finish the 2 cleans.
