Happy Tuesday.
Day one is in the books. Please hang in there while we work towards sorting out the internet and sign ups in the new gym.
Today looks like fun. There's even a team option if you want to share the load. An increasing rep scheme AMRAP 20... the snatches will get heavy and singles are definitely the way to go on this one. Keep your burpee pace manageable to keep your heart rate down. Start easy and build through the AMRAP.
