Hey CFQ, Increasing the speed squats to 4 reps this week. You should find that they are somewhat easier to get into a rhythm with over the 2 rep sets. This is all about quick power output. Rapid hip extension! the same carries into the metcon with box jump overs and the db snatches! Your coach will guide you through the ins and outs of how to achieve maximal hip extension and help you understand why it's important and how it relates to other movements like cleans, snatches, some gymnastics skills and so much more!
