Hey, here's a nice little snatch EMOM to kick off your Tuesday. I'm liking the looks of the METCON too! Smooth is fast on the workout today. Try to choose a gymnastics option that allows you to work through the reps in max 2 sets. Both the box jump and pullups require good low body engagement, so keep a close eye on your midline tension and use those hips.

Your target for the workout is 1:30-1:45/round. With a 10:00 cap, there won't be much time for standing around.
