Ok, 10 minutes doesn't sound like a lot of time to get 6 rounds of THAT in...and it's pretty tight, I'll agree with you, so we have to choose our weights wisely with this one. Find a weight during the warmup that allows you to move well through the overhead squats without having to stop and stare at the bar for 20 seconds before picking it up. We may also want to consider reducing the calories on the machine to something we can finish in less than 0:45.
