Thursday STRETCH annnd 26.3 Reveal Day! 12032026

Let's be honest, it's most likely going to be 26.3a and 26.3b. Released and performed at Wodapalooza (not to be confused with Miguelpalooza), you know they're going to have something exciting for the crowd to enjoy. All this means is that we're in for a real doozy, no doubt. A reminder that our final THEME for 2026 is NEON! Get on it folks.

If you're going to be tackling the Open workout with us on Friday night for our last Friday Night Lights celebration, I would go much lighter on the barbell for this METCON. We haven't seen a barbell yet, so you can count on one showing up.

As always, Amy will be helping folks touch up on their Olympic lifting at 5:30. Get some last minute practice in to crush that 1 RM something or other that we can all sense over the horizon.
