Oooooohhhh, happy Tuesday amigos. We haven't had a good death by in a long time. For those of you who aren't familiar with the idea, you have a 2 minute window to complete a given amount of work. The amount of work INCREASES for each work window until you reach a point when you can't complete the work within the available time. At this point, you are dead, and your workout is finished. We are adding 50/25m to the row each round.
The goal is to hit at least 5 rounds (rowing 250/150m).
If you fall off before the 5th round or simply wish to continue after "dying", switch over to the fitness version and stick with 10 box jumps and max row in time remaining for the last few intervals of 2:00.
Have fun crew! Please be sure of your first few jumps after the row starts to eat up the 2:00 window.
