Tuesday 10062025

In preparation for our shoulder press (strict press) re-test coming up next week, we're tackling a 2 rep max press for the day. This will give us a pretty good idea what we could be shooting for next week.


Lighter weight snatches and strict ring dips follow up our strength piece. We're looking for the set of 15 dips to be completed in no more than 3 sets and a snatch weight you can cycle for 7 reps. The dips will be a limiter for A LOT of us, so choose a rep scheme that allows you to get the work done within the intended stimulus (Sets of 5 +)
