A great opportunity to practice your dubs, get in a good amount of volume with the deadlift and a challenging new take on push ups. Push ups on the rings will challenge your core and ability to keep a tight hollow body position. When we tell you to squeeze your feet together, squeeze your belly and your butt when you do regular pushups...it isn't just for the sake of blowing hot air around. Your ability to maintain a tight core, and not be saggy in the middle, will determine your success with pushups on the rings.
