We're going to tap into all of the pressing strength we have developed over the last few months and work on some heavy split jerks today.
In our METCON, look to push the weight on the front squats and choose a more difficult option for the push ups. We want to work for AT LEAST 10:00 on this one. Our time cap should be generous enough to allow for a heavier squat and more difficult push up.
