We have a great opportunity to work on our TTB today. Move smoothly through the shoulder press (These are STRICT shoulder presses, so choose a weight accordingly) in up to 2 sets. Work on the TTB in up to 4 sets and do you best to keep the air squats as technically sound as possible. Create lots of tension in your low body, chest up with a nice tight midline (squeeze your belly).
