Hey CFQ, Happy Tuesday.
Moving on with our Olympic Lifting cycle, we have some SNATCH work on deck. The goal of today's weightlifting is to help us all focus on using our LEGS to initiate the snatch and not yank the bar off the ground. Pull the slack out of the bar first, then push hard through your legs into the floor.
Finish it all off with some deadlifts and strict gymnastics work. Got to love a deadlift bar that just keeps getting heavier and heavier!
