Happy Tuesday CFQ!

This workout was originally setup to have HSPU in Couplet 1, but Jen just painted the wall to be ready for Spring Fling, so we're doing push press instead. Same rep count, same weight as the snatch in Couplet 2. You will still get a GREAT overhead press workout!

We're shooting for 1:00-1:20 per interval, so you should be looking at AT LEAST 30 seconds of rest, ideally 40 seconds to a minute.
