Thursday STRETCH DAY 27032025

Happy stretch day CFQ!. Probably feeling the legs this week, no sweat, we'll take care of that.

We have an EMOM tuned up for Friday this week, so we're going to pass on one for today. We do have a nice METCON if you're up for a good workout, some Bulgarian split squats to help get your legs primed for the start of out squat cycle next week and of course there will be a straight up cardio option for those that just want to move their bodies.


Please remember that giving your body an adequate amount of rest each week is just as important as getting in the physical work. Stretch, drink lots of water and do some light activity to keep the blood pumping.
