Thursday STRETCH DAY! 18122025

We made it! Of course, we all know that we should be stretching every day...at least for 10-15 mins before bed. It's not always easy to put this into practice, I get it. SO COME TO THE GYM TODAY and stretch with your friends instead!


Nice lower body strength piece and a big ol' conditioning piece to keep our engines ticking in fine tune.
