Hey CFQ. What a great day for a stretch day.
Amazing job on that marathon workout yesterday...Wowza! 30 mins of fun for sure.
Straightforward METCON today, if that's what you're ineterested in, with fan bikes and wall balls. Your TTB for the week come as part of a package in a nice little EMOM along with some machine work and front squats.
If your hips/legs are beat up from the week, you can always do the EMOM keeping the machines and core but sub out the squats for a minute of active mobility each round. i.e. holding the bottom of a squat with a kb goblet, squats to stand, slow jumping lunges, etc. Ask your coach for their favourite low end mobility piece.
