Hey folks. We're chewing our way through this transition week. You're all doing a great job!
Something we haven't seen as a strength option in a while, HEAVY THRUSTERS. We're building up to a heavy set of 3, from the floor. That's right, ideally we'll be squat cleaning the first rep of these mother truckers and then hanging on for another pair.
If you're in the mood for some core work, we have you covered in the ACCESSORIES, and if it's a good sweat that you're after there's a spicy AMRAP 12 with ascending rep wall balls and rowing=) Whoop whoop!
Don't forget about OLYMPIC LIFTING at 5:30 with AMY.
I've also included some FITNESS RACING work if you're in for OPEN GYM and want a longer effort today. Do a 2 min AMRAP for each station of PART 1 with a 1 min break between. go through all three stations twice like this, rest 5 mins then move on to PART 2, then PART 3.
