Happy Stretch day everyone. It's FOAM ROLL day again. If you have a favourite, please bring one from home. We have some here, so no worries if you don't have one.
Carrying on with our Olympic Lifting. we have squat cleans and split jerks on the menu. If you'd rather a little more sweat, there's a nice little metcon with box jumps, situps and db cleans. It's programmed as 2 ROUNDS, but you could easily stretch this out to 3 if you want a little more.
This is our last week of Fitness Race class at 5:30 and Olympic Lifting at 6:30. Starting NEXT WEEK, olympic lifting will be at 5:30 Thursday.
