Looking forward to a nice stretch and some muscle ups...or some muscle up practice!
As per the usual, we will stretch for 20-some minutes and then you can choose to work on the metcon or some bar muscle up drills and practice. We're going to be seeing a lot of this movement over the next month or so. Let's start practicing the jumping version!
