Thursday STRETCH DAY!

Come in for a great stretch, some mobility and a little sweat.


Don't forget about February's Death By Challenge! Burpees Over Partner =)


Maybe you're in for OPEN Gym and want to tackle a little FITNESS RACING piece...See below below for the workout.


Start with 1 burpee over partner EACH, then add 1 each every minute until you can't get them all in. Both partners start each minute on the floor.

1 - 2 total burpee over partner

2 - 4 total burpee over partner

3 - 6 total burpee over partner

4 - 8 total burpee over partner

etc.
