How are the old leggies holding up? Our new best friends, Mr. and Mrs. Light Thruster, and their evil cousin, El Lunge-O de Front Rack-O. We'll take care of your walking sticks with a nice stretch tomorrow.

Some of you may find the suggestion of Overhead Squats, Air Squats, Goblet Squats and Terror Squats (WTF?)...a bit rude. If that's you, perhaps it's time to give your body a rest day;). Come in for a stretch and jump on the BIKE ERG for 20 mins, flush'em out. Do 1000m on three machines... There are lots of ways to get your fitness fix without running the tank dry. Ask your coach about it, they're all pretty amazing at what they do and will sort you out in no time.

If you haven't had a workout yet this week, today's METCON will do the trick.


The Fitness Race piece is posted as a open gym option if that's what you're into!


Don't forget the MARITIME OPEN coming up this Saturday. Only 1 partner wod at 08:00 Saturday. If you can stay to help setup afterwards, that would be really amazing! You can always come back to watch the lifting too! Go home for breakfast and come back=)
