Another stretch day is upon us. We'll be needing a good full body overhaul. This has been quite the transition week. Plenty of good quality movement all around. Love it.


you can touch base on your front squats today, or work on a, potentially, new skill with the dubs and crossover singles. The 3.1.X.1 tempo means 3 seconds descent. 1 second pause in the bottom. eXplode (stand quickly). 1 second pause at top before next rep.


Have fun folks! Oh, and don't forget about the FITNESS RACING class at 5:30 and OLYMPIC LIFTING at 6:30.
