Your Stretch day menu.
If you're in for the FITNESS RACING class tonight (5:30), and you worked out on Wednesday, you may wish to sub out the 100 Wall Balls at the end of the workout for a sprint style effort on a bike erg. You could also negate the bottom half of the movement and do a light push press instead.
Of course we also have our Olympic Weightlifting class at 6:30.
