Happy stretch day! We've worked the shoulders, shoulders and shoulders this week, as well as legs, legs and legs, so there will definitely be a focus on these two hot spots for our stretch! There are also a couple of great options for you to flex some front squats or some deadlifts, biking and broad jumps! See you in the gym folks.
