Hey CFQ! Happy Monday. Graduations are all behind us, the heat wave has subsided...let's get after this week folks!
We're going to attack our deadlifts early in the week, with another strong set of higher volume, low weight sets. Lock your core in tight and finish each set with intention and keep your focus on the bar.
