Happy Sunday!
Here's a nice shoulder press piece and an AMRAP 12 to whet your whistle. We haven't done toes to rings in a long time. You will notice that it's somewhat easier to find a rhythm with a little extra swing from the straps. The ability to turn your wrists out a bit with the rings helps some folks kip through more easily, and with less shoulder discomfort.
The EMOM looks good too. Straight up conditioning piece here!
