Carrying on with our Sunday conditioning to compliment our super leg-heavy squat cycle, we have a cardio/stamina workout as well as an EMOM to satisfy your every Sunday workout wish and desire.

Here's a simple warmup to help get you ready to crush either option:


EMOM 6

Even 30 seconds shuttle jogs + 5 Burpees

Odd 30 seconds shuttle jogs + 5 Push Press - light
