Happy stretch day CFQ! We don't tackle strict TTB very often, so it might just be worth it to try! Just like with kipping TTB, if we can't quite get our toes alllll the way to the bar pick a height that is manageable and stick with leg raises to that height. The key is to keep your body under tension on the way up, and on the way down (i.e. don't let your legs drop).
