Hey crew! Fun day coming up! If you have reliable bar mups, you should try the 30 for time. if you're still learning, attack the CTB and build some strength as it will benefit you more in the long run.
Otherwise, we have a nice cardio piece for you to chew on. Keep your efforts on the machine to 1:00 or less and enjoy that full 1 minute rest=)
Of course, we will also have a nice stretch setup for the first 20ish minutes of class.
