Hey CFQ. A friendly reminder that we have 1 coached class tomorrow with Amy O' at 09:00 and then 2 heats of Murph or Chad 1000x starting at 12:00 and 1 pm respectively. Woody will be leading a warmup for each of the 12 and 1 pm sessions.
Sign up in WIX so we have an idea of who's coming. We will try to accommodate anyone and everyone, but those who have signed up will get first kick at available equipment.
We really hope to see you in the gym as we all put some hard work in together, in remembrance for those who have lost their lives in service to our communities and country as a whole. We owe a great debt of gratitude for our nation's past service members and current service personnel. Thank you so much for your continued efforts.
