Hola! We get a chance to use our new Deadlift numbers already. Your power clean weight should be based off of your new deadlift 1 RM. The power cleans should all be performed as singles! The weight you choose should allow you to complete the 3 singles in 0:30 max.
Simple Metcon to finish the day. i love a good couplet. Reducing the TTB is a great way to ensure you work everything in under the 10 min cap. Your target time is anywhere between 6:30 and 8:30.
