Hey CFQ, I hope you're enjoying your last long weekend of summer...It's been hot!

There aren't any coached classes today but the gym will be open from 08:30-18:30 and you are most welcome to get in there and follow the programming.


A good warmup:

5 rounds of (Cap at 6 mins):

5 Burpees to plate

5 Plate ground to overhead

20 single or double unders


The power cleans should be singles, with a good reset between reps!
