Monday and THE WEEK AHEAD 09062025

1 and 1/4 back squats! What a way to start the week. Holding tension throughout the 1/4 phase with the 3 second pause will be tough but also an excellent way to train our bodies and brains to understand what each other are doing in the bottom of our squat.

Following up our squats is a nice interval style power endurance METCON with HIGH box jumps, power cleans and calories on the machine. You get 2 minutes per interval to work, so get after it!
