Hey CFQ. First day of June and we have a big week coming up! Our Annual Spring Fling team competition is coming up this Saturday. There will be plenty of action here starting Saturday morning. Come in and cheer on our CFQ athletes as they tackle the workouts.
This is our last transition week before starting our upper body pressing strength cycle. Watch for a separate post with more detail on what this cycle will look like.

Choose a weight on the hang cleans that is heavier than you would normally go with. You're alternating hands, so you should be able to manage the grip fatigue from the heavier weight a little better than you may think. The goal on these is to HAVE to pull under the clean, much more like a barbell clean, than just muscling the db up like we normally would with a lighter implement.
