Monday and The Week Ahead

Hey CFQ. Thank you to everyone for coming out and bringing a friend to our Grand Opening on the weekend. There was an amazing turnout and the community workout vibes were incredible.


Starting our week off with a workout that you can go about attacking in two different ways.

1 - You're gearing up to crush our SNATCH re-test on Tuesday, and the CLEAN & JERK on Wednesday. You may want to treat this like a recovery piece, maybe choose strict pullups to slow it down a bit, reduce the reps. Use the row as a heart rate moderator.

2 - You are NOT overly concerned about the RE-TEST efforts and can attack the workout head on and choose the most difficult gymnastics option. Rx+ folks can choose Bar MUPS, provided that they can still keep their min/round at less than 1:40.
