Hey CFQ. Happy Monday.
We're going to start the week with a solid METCON with Air Squats, Burpees and Double DB Hang Snatches. The dual db snatch is not quite like a regular db snatch. Stability is key with these and that means keeping your feet rooted to the ground, maintaining a tight core (squeezing our bellies and keeping our chest up, back tight) and using a big hip extension to move the weight.
Following up the metcon is a nice accessory piece that you should focus on a smooth flow through with complete control over each movement.
