Hey folks. Most of the HWPO world will be doing MURPH this Monday, but we haven'e been training for that, so we're going to be doing "Almost Cindy" instead, which share similar movement patterns to Murph. There's an opportunity for a lot of volume with upper body pulling/pushing and squatting, so we have some optional Post-Metcon work to chew through if you're interested. I strongly advocate for doing the post-metcon work. Keep the weight manageable and treat it like a cool down and accessory piece.
