Monday 21072025

Happy Monday folks! We're heading into Legacy Week. See the infographic for more information. The workouts will be tough this week, but we have some great variation and fun stuff to work through.

Today is our VOLUME DEADLIFT session and we'll follow it up with another 21-15-9 of HSPU, Front Squats and... Burpees. At least they aren't double tap style.
