Great start to the week here CFQ!
Big congratulations and thank you to the crew who killed the 24 hour row fundraiser at Fundy CrossFit this past weekend. The team rowed over 300,000 m! Awesome job folks, with a big shout out to the graveyard shift who stuck with it all night.
This is re-test week for our 1 Rep Max Shoulder press, coming up on Friday. We will be in a bit of a de-load on the OH pressing, so we're ready for a max effort at the end of the week. This doesn't mean that we won't be pressing overhead, just not with as much intensity.
We also have an opportunity to work on some higher skill gymnastics with Wall Walks and or Handstand Walks. Choose or the other, or, switch back and forth if you want to practice both options.
