Upping our game on the back squats to start the week! If you missed the heavy squats on Friday last week, this is your time to shine!

Our metcon is quick but there's a lot of room for some intensity if you push hard. The weight demand is low, because of how intense our squatting session will be, so the game is to move quickly and get your heart rate bumping!
