Happy Monday CFQ. Hope you enjoyed your weekend.
Week 2 of 6 for our Upper Body Strength cycle. Check out the week ahead here, as well as Fitness Racing option for those interested. Just a heads up. If you're into HYROX (Fitness Racing) Tomas often works on the posted FR session on Thursday at 3:30-ish. I'm sure he would love some company.
Monday is all about aerobic conditioning and consistent pacing. This is a longer effort and I have posted some movement goals for each of the segments to help you plan out your pacing/machine efforts. Being a little more conservative in the first 2 sections will help preserve some fuel in the tank to push harder on the 200's to finish. A great start to the week!
