Hey CFQ. I hope you had an awesome weekend!
Thank you to the crew that came out for our fun meet on Saturday, It was really nice to have Greg and Ken come out to teach us a thing or two about weightlifting competitions. Good exposure to something new.
Today's workout is pretty simple. We have a nice set of Front Squats to keep our squatting honest. Work up to a HEAVY set of three, not necessarily a max. This whole week is setup to prepare us for our 1 RM DEADLIFT Re-Test coming up on Friday, so our hinging and low body intensity will be managed accordingly.
Quick little 3 rounder couplet to finish the day and some Bulgarian Split Squats on the bonus bus if anyone has time to get them in.
