Happy Monday everyone. I hope your first week back at school went well.


We can think of this time of year as a new start, kind of like a New Year's situation, but without all of the hype and pressure. Long-term goals are met by starting and fulfilling smaller steps. These smaller steps help us create new habits that support the ultimate goal.


Have a look at the "GOALs" board that we keep up at the gym. Find your name and reinvest some time to think about the goal (s) you had when the list was created. has anything changed? What can we do NOW to start moving towards some small successes and start chipping away at those goals?


Let's start with some Back Squats, pushups, deadlifts and a little core.
