Some of you are new to the gym, and to CrossFit style programming as a fitness model. You might be sore, you might be a little afraid of trying new movements that you've never done before...don't give up! Being sore is a sure-fire sign of improvement, it's an indication that your body is repairing itself and getting stronger in the process. Trying new movements and working towards small milestones are also great progress, and challenging your body in ways that help prepare yourself for life in ways you might not be overtly aware of. This is good for you, and it's fun! We love having you in class and look forward to sharing your future successes!
