HUMP DAY, Wednesday 25022026

Straightforward day here CFQ. We're zeroing in on the OPEN so nothing here is meant to be crazy intense. Your grip will be challenged big time in this workout. The key is to NOT death-grip your skipping rope handles while chewing through your dubs.

The KB Swings should be unbroken, or in 2 sets MAX.

If you're still working on DUBS, keep your efforts to 0:45 in order to maintain the workout stimulus.
